Start with a Front Panel Express panel, about $50. It comes prepunched and lettered per my design. Though not evident in the photo, the outer border is silver.
Add jacks, about $32 from Mouser Electronics.
Solder connections together, many hours of work. Features include eight 1/4"-banana-1/8" adapter multiples. Three of these adapter sets are normalized to 4 jack 1/8" multiples, which can also be used separately when inserting a jack to where the arrow is pointing.
At
work with a pair of Wiard 300 series modules. The blue anodized
panel is slightly darker than the Wiard modules, but not disturbingly
so.
